As factories and the processes within grow more complex and dependent on real-time system feedback, many customers are increasingly requesting electrical feedback for open/close manual valves as well as automated valves. Every valve is different, so when Max-Air retrofits a handle-operated valve it is a tailored solution based on a sample valve and the desired switch box. The end result allows freedom of movement for manual operation and throttling via the standard notch plate, while also providing valuable open/close signal feedback and easy visual indication. This assembly uses Delta T 651 Lug SS butterfly valves and Max-Air’s corrosion resistant MS41-2 technopolymer series limit switch box.
