MF Series | Ordinary Locations

Open/Close/Jog/Modulating, Heavy Duty

Our new MF Series Max Electric actuators are specifically designed for low-power consumption utilizing BLDC motor technology. Fail-Safe operation is provided from efficient management of new Lithium-Iron Phosphate battery chemistry. Field-selectable fail-open, fail-closed or fail-in-place configurations are standard.

MF Series industrial electric actuators are offered in 5 frame sizes and 10 different torque ratings providing 310 in-lbs thru 13,280 in-lbs. All units come standard with an industrial powder coated heavy duty, NEMA 4/4X/IP67 aluminum enclosure, ISO mounting and female drive output. MF Series actuators are available in 24 VDC, or 24VDC/120/230VAC models, utilizing auto-switching power supplies.

All units are available in either OCJ (Open / Close / Jog) control, or our AIOC controller, which accepts On/Off , 4-20mA and 2-10vdc signals (field selectable). Torque switches are available as an option on E frames and larger. A complete array of local control operators are available; these will provide local or remote operation with full control and status indication to the control system. A 360-degree viewable raised position indicator, manual override, 2 auxiliary switches, and anti-condensation heater are standard on all units. The units are optionally available in NEMA6P/IP68 for submersion rated applications.
