Rotary style globe control valves w/ v-notch can provide exceptional control within a compact package. This assembly uses Max-Air’s MT17.DA actuator to open and close the customer supplied 1-1/2” valve. An explosion proof PEX01 positioner provides 4-20mA control and is tubed up with SS tubing and complete with an air filter/regulator to ensure a clean, dry air supply. A YT-400D air lockup valve was installed to provide fail-in-place operation upon loss of air.
