When standard valve configurations don’t fit the requirements of an application, the right combination of materials, connections, and valve design can make the difference.

This custom full-port stainless steel multiport ball valve was configured with socket weld ends, four TFM seats, an 800 WOG rating, and an ISO 5211 mounting pad. The four-seat construction provides sealing at each port, supporting reliable shutoff while allowing multiple flow paths through a single compact valve. Its full-port design provides an unrestricted flow path, helping minimize pressure drop through the valve.

The stainless steel body provides durability and corrosion resistance for demanding industrial environments, while the four TFM seats provide consistent sealing around the ball. Socket weld ends provide a strong, compact connection to the piping system, and the ISO 5211 mounting pad simplifies the addition of pneumatic or electric actuation when automated flow control is required.

Four Seats. Full Port. Multiple Flow Paths.

The four-seat design helps distinguish this multiport valve from more conventional configurations. By providing a seat at each of the four ports, the valve combines multi-directional flow routing with dependable sealing in a single valve body. The full-port design maintains flow capacity while helping reduce restriction and pressure loss, making it well suited for applications where efficient flow is important.

With an ISO 5211 mounting pad, the valve is also designed with automation in mind, providing a standardized interface for pneumatic or electric actuation and creating a compact, integrated valve automation package.
